  1. Arrive 15 minutes before your first class to create your membership profile and sign the contract/waiver

  2. Bring a void cheque for automatic payments (you can easily find this on your mobile bank app)

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 

Adult BJJ (14+)
 

$65 / bi-weekly + tax
 

  • 14 BJJ classes per week including the Open Roll

  • All Gi & NoGi included

  • + Wrestling class (Tuesday evenings)

  • + Adult Judo class (Saturday mornings)

Youth BJJ (7–13 yrs)
 

$45 / bi-weekly + tax
 

  • 2 classes per week

  • + A Saturday morning Competition class for our more advanced Youth students

✅ Bonus: - All 1-year BJJ memberships include a FREE Gi

Boxing 

Adult Boxing (18+)
 

$50 / bi-weekly + tax
 

  • 8 Beginner/Intermediate + 3 BoxeFit classes per week

  • 4 Advanced (including Sparring)

  • 2 lunch time classes

  • + Women’s-only class (Tuesday evening)

  • Group A – Beginner (0 to 12 months) & Group B – Intermediate (with approval from the boxing coach)

  • 2 classes per week


Parent/Kids Boxing (4–6 yrs)
 

$20 / bi-weekly + tax

  • 1 class per week (Saturday morning)
