Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is the world’s fastest growing sport. Without argument, a key ingredient to the mix is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ).
Prof. Dan Guillemette, BJJ Black Belt and Evolution BJJ Head Coach, trains top competitors in the area.
“I’m proud to be bringing the highest level of MMA training to this region,” Says Guillemette.
The Capital region is becoming a stable for up and coming MMA fighters. Serious competitors now have topnotch BJJ and MMA training at Centre Evolution/Tristar Gym. Paired with opportunity to compete in local amateur MMA promotion, Hybrid Combat, the platform is set to launch UFC aspirations.
